BI Analyst - London (Hybrid)


3 days/week in-office for the first 5–6 months, then typically 1–2 days/week


Our ecommerce clients is looking for a BI Analyst who can bring data to life and build trusted relationships across the business. You’ll design clear, impactful dashboards, write advanced SQL to power them, and work directly with teams in marketing, e-commerce, operations and supply to make data central to decision-making.


What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain dashboards and data visualisations that drive action (Looker Studio preferred; Power BI/Tableau experience also valued).
  • Write complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, nested logic) to deliver robust reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions — understanding their processes, shaping requirements, and iterating dashboards that really get used.
  • Run deep-dive analysis projects and support ad-hoc data needs while helping reduce them through better self-serve tools.
  • Contribute to a culture of consistent KPI definitions, strong governance and clear documentation.


What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in an analytical or BI role.
  • Strong portfolio of dashboarding/data visualisation work.
  • Advanced SQL capability (beyond simple selects).
  • Confidence working directly with non-technical teams and building trust.
  • Bonus: travel/e-commerce sector background


Salary: up to £48k.

Senior BI Analyst – Analytics Engineering Team We’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our Analytics Engineering team. In this role, you’ll partner with BI platform users and engineering teams to enable self-serve decision-making through reporting and actionable insights, while making our data models more performant. Sitting at the intersection of Analytics Engineering and Insights, you’ll support data scientists and business users to become more self-sufficient, helping to further data literacy across the organization. What we’re looking for Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets. Expert knowledge of Looker (not Looker Studio) and LookML, with hands-on experience building performant, reusable, and modular code for large-scale deployments. Ability to explain complex topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working autonomously to deliver features and influence the team’s roadmap. Experience in fast-changing environments, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace domains, understanding metrics like GMV, conversion rates, and user retention. Familiarity with data engineering principles and ELT pipelines, including communicating requirements to data engineers. Skilled in building reports, dashboards, and integrations that communicate insights clearly. What you’ll do Provide end-user support in Looker for both data producers and consumers. Design and deliver training and guidance to improve self-serve BI adoption. Clean up, standardize, and shift-left Looker definitions into the data stack, simplifying the instance, improving performance, and reducing reliance on manual code changes.
