- Sensor Management : Install, configure, validate, and upgrade sensors, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Toolbox Management : Handle data repair jobs across all client sites, create new sites, configure exports, and set up API and ADV3 accounts.
- Helpdesk Support : Resolve offline notifications and manage data and sensor-related tickets with efficiency and care.
- Other Duties : Scrape important data from ADV3, assist with client-specific issue lists, and retrieve daily data from DW services.

Purpose
To manage and utilise data in the academy’s MIS and associated systems, ensuring that data is recorded and stored accurately and used effectively to improve attainment and other key metrics.
What You’ll Be Doing

Working with the Leadership Team to develop and manage all aspects of school data and MIS systems (e.g. SIMS), ensuring leaders are equipped with accurate and timely information

Developing and maintaining the school’s MIS and associated software to track, monitor and analyse pupil progress

Maintaining accurate student records and databases in line with GDPR requirements

Establishing systems for capturing, recording and reporting attainment, attendance, behaviour and progress data

Designing, developing and producing complex marksheets and report templates
-
Providing professional advice and training to staff on the use of data to drive improvement

Producing reports and analysis to support self-evaluation and ADIP priorities
-
Supporting intervention strategies by providing accurate pupil data to staff

Keeping up to date with DfE/Ofsted accountability measures and advising leaders on implications

Ensuring secure storage and handling of all data, in line with GDPR requirements

Previous experience in school data management (essential)

Knowledge of SIMS and/or SMID is highly desirable
