You will be based on a new Road Tunnel Project near Plymouth .
Supporting the Project Manager your remit is to ensure M&E & Comms Project Packages are delivered as per the project plan . The role will require you to manage specialist Contractors and directly employed engineering teams.
Successful candidates will have worked in a similar role managing the delivery of packages of work within the infrastructure ( Rail, Highways, Utilities, Water, Industrial) environment .
They will be able to demonstrate outstanding client management and team management experience combined strong commercial acumen .
The candidate will have a Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services Qualification , will have experience of :

Responsibilities
- Attending weekly Tender workbook review meetings alongside Estimating team and Senior Management.
- Review tender documentation on projects within MTM to allow assessment of tender packages.
- Review project specifications and design drawings and generate RFI logs in conjunction with Estimating team.
- Assist to provide templates for cost sheet which can be used alongside tender packages and creating SE trackers.
- Create CDE documents applicable to each project - (standard/template MTM CDE form to be implemented and approved) if not already available from client side.
- Liaise with Estimating team and Document Controllers to generate pricing packs for outsourced specialised equipment such as Client Furnished Contractor Installed (CFCI) and/or specialised cabling and accessories
