The Role:
As an Event Producer , you'll be the heartbeat of your projects-working closely with technical, creative, and logistics teams to deliver events on time and on budget. Whether leading entire projects or key areas of larger ones, you'll be hands-on from concept to delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end event production-from briefing and planning to execution and debrief

- Manage budgets across various currencies and project types
- Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, and contractors
- Lead client communications, internal teams, and external partners
- Collaborate across departments: design, content, logistics, technical production
- Own the detail: timelines, AV, branding, content coordination, and on-site delivery
- Mentor junior team members and support process improvements

YOURGB, a creative collective of event and experiential designers, is seeking a Senior Event Producer with strong experience in live and online events, conferences, gala dinners, incentive trips and award ceremonies to join our vibrant Edinburgh-based team. This is a Parental Leave Cover position starting ASAP, running until October 2026, with the potential for extension and a permanent role being offered thereafter.

We design and produce exceptional events for global clients like Sony Music, P&O Cruises, William Grant & Sons, Helly Hansen, TSB, COS, and Penguin Books. As a certified Carbon Managed Company, we’re passionate about environmental sustainability and creating meaningful audience connections through innovative event design.
The Role
- Position: Senior Event Producer (Parental Leave Cover, full-time/minimum 4 days p/week)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Until 2nd Oct 2026, with potential for extension/permanent role
- Location: Edinburgh city centre (hybrid: office-based with 2 days WFH per week)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30, with flexibility for life commitments. Travel, out-of-hours, and weekend work expected.
- Key Responsibilities: End-to-end event design and delivery, multi-project management, and client relationship building.
- Salary: Experience dependant, guideline £35,000.00 - £45,000.00
