Our client is expanding their friendly and professional sales team, and they are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and assist in the management of client portfolios, fostering existing customer relationships and building new opportunities whilst reflecting the company’s culture and passion for their wonderful, sustainable product.
You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent knowledge of product ranges, customers, competitors, and any activity that is happening within the industry. You will manage and update company CRM system, support the sales team in administrative duties assist in maximising the sales opportunities for the business. You will research and assist opening new account opportunities, monitor and report on account performance in weekly reviews and proactively contribute and support B2B communications, product launches and promotions. You will also be happy to attend/host trade fairs and exhibitions.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge and exposure to the retail sector and have strong customer service skills with the desire to get into an account management environment.
You will assist the company Sales Representatives with their administration and ensure that the CRM database is up to date and ensure that their activities are recorded.
The main criteria for this role is that you are a strong communicator with super customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.

About You
