Key Responsibilities

We are working on a unique opportunity for a dedicated Executive Assistant who is at the top of their game to work for a successful HNW tech investor! We are seeking a proactive, organised and diligent executive assistant to ensure his business and personal life run as smoothly as possible. Your role would be to manage the principal’s calendar, the day-to-day administration of his small family office and its associated entities, and to help execute on personal and business projects.
The principal holds his own work to an extremely high standard and looks for the same from each person on his team. Working closely with an Operations Director, you will be supported and guided in what needs to be done, but a fast-paced, highly attentive and empathic attitude is required at all times. This is a career-making role but not one for the faint-hearted!
THE ROLE:
This EA role will be varied, and flexibility is essential. While the focus on the role will be managing travel bookings and diary coordination, there will be an opportunity to get involved in additional projects. Duties will be split between business and personal support, and day-to-day will include:
- Researching and managing travel itineraries - often high end, luxury and/or unique
- Booking complex travel, including private transport (and being available outside of hours during the principal’s travel times)
- Proactive diary management and confirmation of appointments ahead of time
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring proper set up
- Maintaining the office space
- Ad hoc personal support
The successful EA should be confident in their approach, and have a proactive working style. Accountability and flexibility are key to finding success in this opportunity.
