This client are a forward-thinking specialist interior design firm with a reputation for producing bespoke beauty in their clients' projects and requests. Founded in London, they emphasise their support for both established and emerging creatives. Their hard-working central London-based team have recognised a need for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team in providing support to the Founder on an interim basis.
Your new role
This position is based fully within their central London studio and would involve the following:
- Diary management for the Founder,
- Liaising with the household team to coordinate personal and business calendars,
- Inbox management across multiple inboxes,
- Working alongside the wider internal team as required,
- Coordinating events,
- Liaising with HNWI and Founders network.

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is a necessity. Experience providing personal support would be beneficial but not a must. The client has outlined that they are looking for an individual with a proactive and engaged approach to the role.

- Professional Correspondence: draught letters, emails, and other communications for the Executive Directors, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

- Inquiries Handling: Respond to internal and external inquiries, gathering all pertinent information for informed responses.
- Minutes & Agendas: Support the production of meeting agendas, circulate materials, and take minutes/action notes when required.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation as needed, ensuring a smooth experience for the Executive Directors.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive issues with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Technology Savvy: Stay updated on relevant technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Filing Systems: Develop and maintain an efficient electronic filing system to keep things organised.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document production.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, CFO, and COO, managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries for the executive team.

Executive Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ability to put together international travel arrangements and itineraries together.
- Complex diary management.
- Proactively putting together briefing notes for meetings and where necessary sitting in and taking action points/minutes.
- Ad-hoc research projects to provide insights and accelerate business processes.
- Full personal support including personal travel arrangements, appointments, insurance renewals, excursions, gift-buying etc. to ensure the smooth running of personal life.
The successful candidate will have:
