Job Description

This is a leading role in our Experimentation Centre of Excellence , shaping the experimentation strategy across all customer-facing functions — from Product and Personalisation to Trade and Marketing .

Managing a small team, you'll own and drive best-in-class experimentation practices across the whole group, ensuring we’re making smarter decisions and building better customer experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally to validate product features, optimise performance, and embed a high bar for test design, execution and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Build a Best-in-Class Experimentation Culture

  • Define and champion experimentation standards across both client-side and server-side A/B testing.
  • Lead the delivery of a consistent framework for hypothesis-led testing — from conversion rate optimisation to new product validation.
  • Be the go-to expert on causal inference and offsite experimentation approaches to measure marketing and media impact when A/B testing isn’t possible.

Operate a Centre of Excellence

  • Manage a small team of 3 direct reports.
  • Act as a central advisor across Product, Trade, Personalisation, and Marketing functions, coaching teams on experimentation thinking.
  • Embed test-and-learn principles into product development lifecycles and roadmap decisions.
  • Govern the experimentation pipeline to ensure alignment with commercial priorities and speed of learning.

Insight & Enablement

  • Partner with analytics / implementation to ensure meaningful KPIs, robust implementation, and actionable insight from every test.
  • Drive knowledge sharing of experimentation learnings across brands, platforms, and functions.
  • Bring visibility to where we’re learning fastest — and where we need to invest to improve.

Tooling & Measurement Stack

  • Own and evolve how we use our experimentation stack — Optimizely , Twillio Segment , GA4 , and ContentSquare — ensuring it’s integrated and fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure measurement accuracy and data integrity at scale.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Experience designing and scaling experimentation programs in a fast-paced e-commerce or digital product environment.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies , including client-side and server-side execution.
  • Familiarity with offsite experimentation techniques like causal inference / geo-testing.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence product, marketing, and trading stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation tools, ideally Optimizely , and measurement platforms like GA4 and ContentSquare .

Nice to Have:

  • Experience operating within a multi-brand retail ecommerce environment
  • Exposure to personalisation programs or feature flagging at scale.

Role
We are seeking a dynamic and market-oriented Product Manager to join our team and deliver new product opportunities for European customers. The successful candidate will be the regional Product Manager for T&E which incorporates Mastercard's Central Travel (lodge card) Solution and our corporate card product, working within the Corporate Solutions European Product and Solutions team.   • Experience developing model-based products such as clustering, segmentation, or next-best-action solutions
  • Skilled at defining product features, licensing strategies, and client onboarding processes
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure ROI, track adoption, and improve renewal rates
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, partnering with engineers, data scientists, and customer success teams

Head of Product Management – HealthTech / Tech for Good SMB - Hybrid (mostly remote, London) - £90-120k


Working for a scaling HealthTech brand, the Head of Product Management / Product Lead / Principal Product Manager role involves leading a small product team of 4 to improve and evolve the customer experience throughout the service journey.


They have a strong footprint and presence in their specialist area, but have relatively immature tech and product capability. This role involves identifying quick win opportunities to fix improve and automate service delivery, going on to redesign the way tech facilitates service delivery as well as improving customer acquisition, conversion and overall experience.


The role requires someone who can think strategically and be part of the team that identifies opportunities to develop new products & services, but also involves being very hands-on with a small product team, getting into the weeds and delivering key work personally.


This role is mostly remote, with occasional meetings in central London (ie monthly).


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a relatively junior but enthusiastic product team, coaching & mentoring where needed to improve individual and overall capabilities.
  • Analyse requirements, opportunities, customer data and feedback to shape a prioritised roadmap of initiatives.
  • Help develop product strategy as part of the leadership team, working with key stakeholders in technology and commercial areas.
  • Partner closely with technology, commercial stakeholders, customers and partners to understand overall strategy and requirements, communicating priorities and the roadmap.
  • Help create and embed working practices to optimise product team performance, enhancing quality and speed of delivery.


Essential experience:

  • Experience with HealthTech or clinical services, and ideally, knowledge of the regulatory requirements for delivering clinical services, therapies, or products to patients.
  • Strong full lifecycle product management experience including product strategy, with comfort being hands on with deliver as leader of a small product team.
  • People management experience, leading, coaching and developing a small product team (2-5 people ideally)
  • Ideally experience building new products 0 to 1 and bringing new products to market.
