This role will suit a newly qualified Accountant, potentially looking to make your first move out of practice. The main responsibilities of this role are -
- Preparing accurate and timely quarterly fund management accounts and audited statutory accounts
- Preparing and distributing relevant financial reporting to investors
- Preparing and issuing draw down and distribution notices to fund investors
- Assisting with the production of annual UK & US TAX returns
- Liaising with auditors, bankers and lawyers at fund level
- Support the Head of Finance and Senior Fund Accountant on sales of quoted stock.
This role would suit somebody looking to gain exposure within the venture capital industry and to work for an organisation that holds a large Cambridge based portfolio.
You must be ACA or ACCA qualified, have worked ideally in audit and have strong experience in financial systems and data analysis.
