  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), curriculum developers, and multimedia specialists to define learning objectives and content requirements.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia elements (graphics, video, audio) for e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers and team members.
  • Ensure all learning content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Contribute to the development of content strategies and learning pathways.
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the instructional design team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning development.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora).
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and curriculum development.
  • Experience in creating engaging assessments and evaluation strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with multimedia development tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audacity) is a plus.
