An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, talented, and experienced Systems Engineer to join GE Vernova Power Conversion's Lead Engineering team.

**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing integration processes and systems.
+ Monitor, control and manage engineering budgets and change control system.
+ Lead and manage project integration technical risks.
+ Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, sub-contractors and suppliers as appropriate to support the project integration.
+ Maintain engineering quality control system for the project and support APQP deliverables.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Minimum of a Degree or equivalent in engineering or higher, Masters or PhD in relevant field.
+ Extant Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), or the ability to obtain BPSS is required for this role.
+ Proficient with software simulation & design tools, MATLAB, Simulink essential. eTAP desirable.
+ Extensive experience in systems integration, particularly in rotating electrical machines and control systems within the naval or maritime industry.

Support Operations,delivery and execution of standardized, compliant trade compliance services;


Actively engage with customers on projects to ensure an accurate and timely delivery;


Maintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibility;


Clear communications to address issues and support in resolving any Customs and Trade Compliance challenges,


Effective collaboration and solid communication with team members, clients and third parties;


Continuous process improvement mindset: identify gaps in current processes and procedures. Provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve operational processes.


Continually seek improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations;


Meet company standard of 52 hours of training per year;


Be dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all times;







Requested Skills, Education, Experience:




Bachelor's Degree;


Great attitude and excellent communication skills;


Extensive experience in international trade compliance;


Extensive knowledge of European Union rules and regulation;


Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;


Proven ability to work according performance metrics;


Strong time and project management skills;


Well developedcomputer skills and ability to manage and control data;


Demonstrated experience interacting with Tradewin team members andcustomers to gather information and coordinate projects to anticipate and satisfy the customeru2019s needs;


Ability to allocate tasks responsibilities to yourself and others to maximize the team and the individualu2019s effectiveness;


Ability to execute the tasks timelyand problem solve, enabling teams and individuals to meet and exceed customeru2019s deadlines;
