- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex strategy projects for diverse clients.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business modelling techniques.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
