We are looking for a Management Accountant to support our production and manufacturing teams. You will manage inventory accounting, coordinate stock counts, perform variance analysis, and provide accurate financial reporting. The role also involves analysing manufacturing costs, preparing reports comparing standard to actual costs, supporting audits, and assisting with period-end close processes.

You will produce reports for senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work with R&D teams on new product setups, including maintaining accurate master data and bills of materials. Additional responsibilities include evaluating cost impacts of changes in materials or processes, managing Fixed Assets, and overseeing customer shipments through to invoicing.

The ideal candidate is part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with at least three years' finance experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong cost accounting knowledge, excellent analytical and ERP skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
