As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in strengthening the finance function as the business looks to modernise, improve processes, and prepare for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full production of management accounts and financial reporting
  • Daily cashflow management for the group - with a particular focus on proactive debtor management to support payroll and operational needs
  • Managing, developing, and unifying an experienced finance team
  • Leading improvements in reporting processes, automation, and system deficiencies
  • Supporting the wider business with financial insight, cash management, and decision support
