As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in strengthening the finance function as the business looks to modernise, improve processes, and prepare for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full production of management accounts and financial reporting
- Daily cashflow management for the group - with a particular focus on proactive debtor management to support payroll and operational needs
- Managing, developing, and unifying an experienced finance team
