Your role

• Analyse complex business requirements and design innovative SAP LE/IM, WM, and TM solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.
• Lead the configuration and optimisation of SAP systems to support logistics, inventory, and warehouse processes, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing expert guidance and tailored solutions.
• Lead full project lifecycle delivery within SAP S/4HANA LE/IM, TM, and WM implementations, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.
• Translate business use cases into comprehensive solution designs, ensuring commercial and contractual awareness throughout project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional, agile, and distributed teams, solving complex problems for large corporate clients across various sectors.

Your skills and experience

• Extensive SAP Consulting Experience: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, specialising in Logistics Execution (LE), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM), with multiple end-to-end design and implementation programmes.
• Solution Design Expertise: Adept at designing and optimising logistics, inventory management, warehouse, and transportation processes to meet complex business requirements, ensuring integration across SAP modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Quality Management.
• Cross-Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP supply chain processes, including Materials Management, Manufacturing (Planning, Scheduling, and Execution), Supply Chain Planning, and Warehousing. Experience working across core SAP modules and processes, including TM integration with logistics.
• Hands-On Configuration Skills: Proficient in configuring SAP solutions across key functional areas.
• Project Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership experience, managing both onshore and offshore teams, with the ability to lead functional workstreams, provide mentorship, and foster growth in junior talent.
• Fiori and SAP Roadmap Awareness: Experience with SAP Fiori applications in both LE/IM, WM, and TM areas, as well as a solid awareness of the latest SAP capabilities and roadmap.

+ Liaison with the external auditors for multiple entities which includes preparation of deliverables by due deadline, to a high-quality standard and responding to their queries promptly and accurately.
+ Independent preparation of annual statutory financial statements for UK companies to comply with relevant accounting framework (IFRS, FRS 101 and FRS 102) and Companies Act using Fisoftware. Includes preparing the supporting documentation behind the statutory accounts, such as reconciliation from trial balance to statutory figures and the workings behind the supporting notes ready for audit.
+ Assist with technical accounting queries raised by the business or by external auditors in an accurate, prompt and commercial fashion. This includes writing accounting memorandums documenting fact pattern and key judgements in reaching conclusion.
+ Identification of areas for improvement in efficiency and for accounting procedures; take responsibility for implementation.
+ Assisting with preparation of regional reports to stakeholders and investigating variances to budgets and forecasts.

• Consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Manufacturing.
• Multiple end-to-end design and implementation programmes within SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Manufacturing.
• Must have experience in conceptualize the functional and cross functional analysis and the modelling of business processes in relation to the project demand.
• You must have a depth of consulting SAP S/4HANA Quality Management integration across one or more additional SAP Supply Chain business process like procurement, warehouse, Production, Sales and distribution, plant maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of Industry’s QA and QC processes alongside all QM elements in one or more of the following sectors is an advantage: Aerospace and Defence, Consumer Products, Pharma or Discrete Manufacturing.
• Leadership experience across small to medium sized teams, both onshore and offshore
