Position Overview
You will be a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in

marketing, ideally within the hospitality market. This role is critical to support marketing efforts to our existing instal base and will work closely with marketing, sales and Customer Success functions.

This role will focus on highlighting the value of the Fourth solutions to customers through a combination of digital marketing campaigns, creation of thought leadership content, working with the EMEA go-to-market team to support Customer events. You will develop a good understanding of the Fourth solutions, build internal and customer relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products

Primary Responsibilities
At Fourth the Marketing Specialist role will develop and execute campaigns to drive upsell opportunities within the existing customer base contributing to a growth in sales.

The core accountabilities of the role are:

  • Perform research to identify trends withing the industry, customers and competitors – to inform our customer marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Fourth's new and existing product and services.
  • Contribute to achieving the customer growth goals set for Sales and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Customers Success, Sales, Product and the wider Marketing team to identify groups of customers who are the ideal fit to adopt product features or upsell targets.
  • Plan and create content across a range of channels that informs, educates and engages customers including social, blogs, reports, case studies, and newsletters
  • Take the lead in running customer-focused events, both in-person and online.
  • Work with the Customers Success team to identify customers who can become business advocates in the form of case studies, reference customers or speakers at Fourth events.
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives

Preferred Experience And/or Qualifications

  • Marketing expertise: Proven experience running campaigns (email, digital, content) with a good grasp of strategy across channels.
  • Content & storytelling: Strong writing skills to create engaging materials like case studies, blogs, and customer success stories.
  • Customer advocacy: Ability to build and manage programs that turn happy customers into advocates and event speakers.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable using data, research, and analytics tools to measure impact and spot opportunities.
  • Tech savvy: Confident with CRM/CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Industry knowledge (nice to have): Understanding of the hospitality or retail sectors and how technology solutions support operations.
