We're looking for someone who gets Oracle Cloud Financials inside out and knows how to translate tech talk into something the finance team actually understands. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly, users are trained and confident, and the implementation lands without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate UAT test cycles - including script creation, walkthroughs, and tracking issues to resolution
- Escalate system issues and partner with vendors to drive fixes
- Act as the key bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams
- Deliver practical end-user training and build confidence across finance teams
- Support data validation, cutover planning, and hypercare post-go-live
- Ensure solutions align with internal controls and compliance standards

**What you'll do**
+ As a Fusion SaaS Analyst for UK Government Clients, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales technical and functional customer issues directly with customers.
+ A main point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
+ As a Fusion SaaS Analyst, you will offer strategic support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A focus is to build/use automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. You are expected to be an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. Services may be frequently provided by on-site customer visit.

AWS Cloud Optimization Success is seeking a Solutions Architect who will build out example scenarios and hands-on labs to demonstrate best practices for deploying workloads in the cloud. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to help acquire and maintain a proficiency in conducting Well-Architected Framework Reviews along with using tools like AWS Trusted Advisor and AWS Health, reviewing the results, and encouraging the resolution of any critical items or improvements detected in the workloads. The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable talking with the implementation engineers as they are talking with the CTO or CFO.
We want to help our customers build cloud native applications, and adopt new ways of thinking about technologies solutions. We are extending an information rich product that uses advanced tooling to deliver the right content and advise to customers as they build and operate their workloads on AWS. You will enjoy the opportunities in this role if you like working with partners and customers, and helping them with their adoption and execution of this solution with end customers.
The Role
In this role, you will need to be technically capable and credible in shaping the solutions-focused skills of AWS partners and customers with respect to conducting AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews, implementing best practices to remediate any critical issues, and educate customers and partners on how to improve their implementations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining example workloads and hands-on labs that will be used to educate and on-board partner organizations. You will develop, improve, and execute multi-day workshops, lead white boarding sessions, and respond to inquiries while the partner or customer is learning and implementing the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Basic Qualifications

The Integration Delivery Manager role will work collaboratively with our HR, IT, SI Partner and Third-Party Application providers to enable transformative digital change in how our client:
- Streamlines core HR business processes to optimise operational efficiencies and reduce administrative overhead.
