This is a key role in the Performance Marketing team, supporting efforts to grow our programmatic operations and scale our candidate acquisition across multiple markets but notably the US, UK and EMEA. You will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks such as analysing and optimising campaigns, performance reporting, assisting with finance processes, developing new partnerships and nurturing our existing relationships with good account management and communications.

What you'll be doing…
The Programmatic team is part of the commercial operations division and supports Future’s ad stack comprising of ad servers and header bidding programmatic set up. The main focus is to monetise via programmatic and open auction revenue channels across Future’s portfolio of digital brands. The candidate will report into the Global Head of Programmatic & Yield and work directly in a small team with significant commercial targets. The team liaises with sales, ad operations, finance, product, editorial and data teams across the business.
In this role you will be supporting the 3P/open auction programmatic revenue line (circa £65m p/a) you will be responsible for the account management and support of programmatic SSP/demand partners. You will be providing technical support of programmatic SSP/demand partners - troubleshooting/programmatic ad integrations/issues and Future’s advertising stack.
Support advertising product initiatives helping to increase programmatic revenue/CPMs and managing programmatic vendor invoice payments as well as monthly revenue/billing reconciliation for global 3P programmatic revenue.
