Our Client, a Fortune 1000 organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and proven Agile certification to join our team in London, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and driving business transformation initiatives within the QSR sector. Key Responsibilities : • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, marketing, and supply chain to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate project planning, execution, and continuous improvement. • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure project success. • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Drive process improvements and innovation within QSR operations, leveraging industry best practices. • Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners as required. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Requirements : • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or hospitality industry is required. • Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent) is required. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. • Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to be based in London.

Project Manager - Finance Outcome 6 Month Contract Hybrid - 1-2 times per month (London/Bracknell) Our leading retail-backed financial services client is launching an insurance broker model for the first time. This role sits within the Finance Outcome workstream and will support the internal finance function as it transitions to operate under this new model. The successful candidate will: Lead the finance transformation required to support the shift to a broker-led model. Collaborate with project managers delivering new insurance propositions. Support end-to-end testing, system interfaces, and data exchange processes. Engage with teams across accounts payable/receivable, finance operations, and insurance product finance. Key requirements: Experience in finance transformation projects within insurance organisations Worked in or with an insurance broker model (desirable) Strong understanding of finance functions in insurance (e.g. AP/AR, reconciliation, reporting).
