CORPORATE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

CRI is a business intelligence consultancy based in London. Founded in 2012, CRI services clients in the legal, financial services, corporate, non-profit/NGO, and other sectors globally. CRI’s services include due diligence and corporate intelligence, strategic intelligence and political risk advisory, ESG consultancy, litigation and investigation support and asset tracing. CRI acquired Menas Associates in June 2025.
CRI is presently hiring for a full-time analyst to be part of a young, collaborative and talented team which offers the opportunity for rapid career progression.
Ideally, the candidate will have one or more years of professional experience (including internships), interest and/or experience in corporate intelligence, and an aptitude for in-depth research and report writing.
Experience in financial services, the legal sector, journalism and consultancy would be useful for this role. Those who do not have one or more years of experience but believe themselves and their experiences to be well-suited to the position and the organisation are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Conducting research into companies and individuals using publicly available information and databases for due diligence and investigatory purposes;
Drafting, writing, and editing written reports, often to tight deadlines, requiring a high level of analytical ability and broader knowledge of the context and environment within which subjects operate; and
A desire to be involved beyond the analyst role and demonstrate initiative in developing our research capabilities, taking part in business development and marketing initiatives and developing quality control skills.
Requirements:
- A minimum one-year of relevant work experience;
- Excellent research, analysis and investigative skills;
- Excellent written English;
- Must enjoy working within a close, collaborative team;
- Must be able to read and research in one of the following languages: Arabic (additional languages advantageous);
- Ability to prepare concise written reports with strong attention to detail;
- Strong academic background, often within modern languages, politics, international relations or law;
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines;
- Ability to take initiative and operate with a degree of autonomy;
- Desire to learn quickly, be challenged and develop professionally; and
- Ability to take direction, adapt quickly to new styles of work and thinking.
The successful candidate will join a small, experienced team and work on a range of projects in multiple jurisdictions with high levels of responsibility and exposure to senior colleagues and clients.
Thorough training in the tools and methods used in the corporate intelligence sector will be provided by senior colleagues.
