Are you ready to take your manufacturing skills to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Machine Operatives to join their dynamic team in Evesham! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for precision and quality in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do :
As a Machine Operative, you'll be an integral part of the production team. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Running a machine while maintaining high quality and throughput.
- Checking work instructions to ensure all parameters are correct.
- Using work orders to confirm availability of materials and equipment.
- Completing QC sheets to record all relevant information.
- Sending samples of each master reel to the Lab for checks.
- Setting product on the machine according to detailed instructions.
- Seeking authorisation to run jobs once set up is complete.
- Operating the machine and producing products to required specifications.
- Retaining a set of impressions for each lane for future reference.
- Operating a pedestrian forklift truck (a highly desirable skill).
- Flexibly running other machines as needed.
This role will also require you to work 12 hour shifts on a Continental shift basis. (2 days, 2 nights 5 days off).
Who You Are :
We're looking for candidates who possess :
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- A pedestrian forklift driving licence (highly desirable).
- Strong communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with an effective collaborative approach.
- A flexible working attitude to adapt to various tasks and shifts.

Our client is a well-regarded defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting multiple motor fraud lawyers to join their Counter Fraud teams in Manchester or Birmingham on a largely home working basis. The firm has recently acquired a large insurer client as they enter a period of growth.
Your new role
The Counter Fraud Lawyer role will see you:
- Handle your own caseload of lower-volume complex, counter motor fraud files including, LVI, bogus passenger, staged incidents and credit hire fraud.
- Handle files on a non-delegated authority basis.
- Review and analysis of evidence.
- Identify strategic litigation opportunities.
- Appropriately delegating tasks to assistants.
- Undertake advocacy when required.
- Be commercially aware and achieve financial targets.
What you'll need to succeed
Applicants will ideally be qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives, but those qualified by experience are encouraged to apply. You must have experience handling your own caseload of defendant litigated RTA claims. Previous experience of defendant motor fraud is preferred. You should have strong advocacy and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity for motor fraud or defendant RTA specialists to handle their own complex, counter-fraud caseload. You will work as part of a well-established, high-performing team in regular contact with a range of high-profile insurer clients. This is a largely home working role with office attendance in Greater Manchester or Birmingham once a week. A competitive salary of up to £50,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience.

We work with a range of schools in the Stafford and Cannock area that are looking for Teaching Assistants/HLTA/EYP/SEN TA's within nurseries, Primary & Secondary & SEN Schools to start in September for the new academic year. The variety of jobs we offer range from long-term to short-term positions and can be for as many days a week as you require, whether this be full time or part-time with immediate September starts.
Your new role
As a teaching assistant, you may be working with a number of schools across various areas in the Cannock and Staffordshire area. The jobs we offer will require you to have previous relevant experience. You may be expected to work 1-1 supporting SEN children or in small groups across a variety of year groups. We can offer you day to day positions and short-term contracts as well as long-term positions which can last more than a term and could lead to permanent employment.
