This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Project Engineering Manager and site team to ensure high-quality, on-time completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and interpret design information for the site team and contractors, updating redline drawings where required.
  • Oversee quality control, checking works against drawings, reviewing inspection and test plans (ITPs) and managing non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Support resolution of technical issues, track civil/structural progress, and contribute to specifications and snag lists.
  • Assist with CDM documentation, health & safety files, and project handover packages.
  • Represent the company in meetings with contractors and designers.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years’ experience in renewables, energy generation, or similar construction environments.
  • HND in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Beneficial: knowledge of gas peaking plant construction, AutoCAD 2D, CSCS card/site safety qualifications, SharePoint.
