We are currently recruiting for an experienced Systems Administrator to join the Project Controls function within the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) , supporting one of the most significant infrastructure programmes in the UK: Sizewell C .
As part of the CWA, we're proud to play a critical role in the delivery of Sizewell C – a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station that will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to lead the configuration and day-to-day administration of PMO software systems across a complex, multi-stakeholder programme. Initially based in London , this role will eventually move to site-based operations . About the Role
You'll be responsible for making sure our PMO systems – including Primavera Unifier, PRISM, P6, SharePoint, and ARM – are secure, properly configured, and effectively used by the right people across the alliance. You'll work with functional and operational leads to align system setup with real-world business outcomes.

What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Manage the procurement/configuration/maintenance and ongoing support for end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and peripherals.
- Configure and support internal tools and platforms including, but not limited to, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Office 365, Vonage VoIP solution.
- Support our cyber security certification standings with the management and configuration of AV and MDM.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Operating system support: You will have experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS, macOS, and Android/iPhone devices.
- Device and security management: You will have experience supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Anti-Virus (AV) solutions.
- Google Workspace expertise: You will have strong experience working with Google Workspace and GAM, providing support to Google end users.
- Atlassian tools: You will have knowledge and hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence, including the administration and setup of projects, spaces, and permissions.

Experience, Skills, And Attributes
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with Manhattan WMS is advantageous but not essential.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a methodical and precise approach to work.
- Confident using computers and numerate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, or administrative role is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
