Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics to students of various ages and abilities, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and implement innovative schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, assignments, and classroom observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- Lead and mentor a team of mathematics teachers, offering guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the mathematics curriculum, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and challenging.
- Promote high standards of teaching and learning within the department.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student well-being and academic success.

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and engagement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
