We are looking for a highly analytical SEO Analyst / Data Specialist to take ownership of SEO measurement, reporting, and performance insights. This role is critical in turning raw data into actionable recommendations that directly influence strategy, experimentation, and growth. You will work closely with SEO strategists, content teams, and leadership to ensure every SEO decision is guided by data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain dashboards (rankings, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.) to track SEO performance.

  • Set up and manage KPI tracking for organic traffic, bounce rate, keyword performance, and conversions.

  • Conduct cohort analyses, keyword cannibalization checks, and trend analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations that feed directly into SEO strategy, testing, and ongoing optimization.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure SEO insights inform decision-making at all levels.

  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting, working with analytics and dev teams as needed.



Job Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years in SEO analytics, web analytics, or data analysis roles.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and at least basic SQL for data querying.
