**Your New Role.**
As Manager of Marketing Analytics at Warner Bros. Discovery you will be responsible for enabling media effectiveness reporting and insights to all marketing teams supporting HBO Max. You will create actionable reporting from user-level behaviour data and multiple data sources, including information from data science, marketing, and media measurement platforms. You will coordinate closely with cross functional data teams (i.e., analytics engineering, marketing technology, data science) as well as marketing teams to determine reporting / measurement frameworks which ultimately enable our dashboard development. Reporting is global and utilized by domestic and international stakeholders alike. You will be responsible for collecting reporting/analysis requirements, working with the engineering team to ensure proper data flows, and partnering with media teams to provide clear strategic recommendations to drive incremental results for the platform. You are an experienced analytics professional who is truly passionate about marketing and data and can be an active team player driving top results.
**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Work closely with our regional marketing stakeholders and local agencies to understand their needs, coordinate on strategies and campaign taxonomy, and deliver insightful and effective dashboards and analyses.
+ Support cross departmental core metrics and data dependencies with leadership visibility.
+ Promote the adoption and training of our analytics platform for self-service analyses.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert of marketing data sources, ingestion processes and data quality measurement.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with media, marketing, and engineering teams.
+ Advanced user of digital and advertising technologies, such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ad Manager, Social Ad Managers, MMPs (Apps Flyer) and Site Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
+ Strong technical skills are required, including experience with Excel, SQL (LookML a plus), data mining, data visualization, and designing analytics/reporting data layers.
+ Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and subscription business model to execute a best-in-class growth media strategy.
+ Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable.
+ Ability to collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to define metrics, identify requirements and maintain confidentiality.
+ Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
+ Ability to manage both internal and external vendors and suppliers.
**Qualifications and Experience.**
+ Excellent experience in marketing analytics, with a particular focus on media metrics (paid & organic).
+ Excellent experience with data visualization and building a reporting measurement framework; familiarity with Looker a plus.
+ Proven experience managing a team, including experience working on a fast-paced team.
+ Strong understanding of media measurement strategies, frameworks, and technology.
+ Experience executing analytics projects end-to-end, from definition through findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
+ Proven track-record of developing campaign strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering performance insights.
+ Past success establishing measurement frameworks for campaigns across various paid media channels (paid social, search, display), as well as owned channels.
+ Understand how Media Mix Modelling and Attribution Models are used to drive strategy decisions.
+ Experience setting up and measuring iterative A/B test analysis to inform BAU strategies.
+ Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the league to achieve success.

Support and develop a team of 2 executives, overseeing campaign execution and encouraging continuous improvement. Provide training, feedback, and hands-on guidance to help them grow and succeed.
Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate spend tracking, validating invoices, and maintaining financial documentation. Feed accurate data into centralised tools to support reporting and forecasting.
Lead on performance reporting and insights, including weekly trade updates and monthly marketing reports. Identify key trends, successes, and areas for improvement with clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including analytics, trade, and creative to ensure campaigns align with wider business and site performance goals. Coordinate on go-to-market planning and product priorities that feed into paid media.
Monitor industry trends and platform changes, attending relevant events and engaging with press to future-proof strategy. Regularly review partner media plans and flag potential risks or new opportunities.

Your opportunity
Working collaboratively as part of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for the following key areas:
+ Digital marketing production:
+ Manage the marketing automation and e-mail marketing programme and ongoing activity for organic and paid
+ Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns, segmentation and distribution lists into our CRM tool and Pardot email platform
+ Contribute to the development and execution of regional social media strategy (paid & organic)
+ Coordination: Support request and activity of the marketing team, coordinate external digital agencies and service providers to help ensure smooth emailing and campaign execution, roll out and monitoring.
+ Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on marketing activity effectiveness using key performance metrics to guide future improvements.
+ Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and delivery of pan-regional campaigns across EMEA, LATAM, and US Offshore.
+ Campaign Toolkit Development:
+ Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. product marketing, regional leads, investment specialists, design, UX) to help shape campaign messaging and propositions at both capability and product levels.
+ Support the development of campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, social media posts, and webinars.
+ General Support: Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the wider marketing team.
+ Budget & Resource Support: Help manage external resources and track associated budgets.

Must have skills
+ Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution
+ Strong marketing skills with extensive experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
+ Strong knowledge in marketing platforms such as, Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe suit Marketo / Eloqua / HubSpot, Sprinklr / Hootsuite / LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
+ Usage of Google Analytics
+ Superb project management - able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
+ Excellent communication and brief-writing skills
+ Knowledge of marketing automation best practice
+ Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
+ Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders to achieve a coordinated process (assertive, consensus building)
Nice to have skills
+ Experience in managing marketing processes inclusive of budgets
+ Previous experience within Financial Services, Asset Management is a plus
