I am working with a leading Beauty & Wellness brand to help them hire for an SEO Manager . With a flagship product line and a reputation for cutting-edge, science-backed design, they've experienced explosive growth. The brand is extremely cash rich and profitable and have a very considered purchase journey.
The SEO Manager will drive all things organic—from hands-on technical SEO to strategy, content optimisation, and performance analysis. You’ll be joining a high-performance digital team, working cross-functionally to grow brand visibility and connect with the right audiences worldwide.
The Role.
- Lead end-to-end organic search strategy across technical, content, and off-site SEO
- Run deep-dive audits and implement fixes across performance, stability, and compliance
- Own keyword strategy and use market analysis to influence wider digital initiatives
- Optimise journal and landing pages within a CMS, ensuring scalable SEO best practices
- Partner closely with paid media, web dev, and insights teams for aligned digital growth
The Ideal Candidate.
- 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in ecommerce with global reach (UK/US markets)
- Proven track record in driving organic traffic and revenue growth
- Strong CMS knowledge (ideally Shopify) and technical SEO ability (HTML, JS, SPA frameworks)
- Confident using tools like SEMrush, GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

What you’ll be doing day to day
- Applying best in class SEO practices to all our websites to achieve organic acquisition objectives
- Work with the Department Head to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies per country to improve site performance and organic search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical audits of websites, identifying issues such as crawlability, indexation, site structure, and Core Web Vitals, and implement solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture, platform migrations, and new site builds.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimise on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, and keyword targeting.
- Analysing, sourcing and checking links for our link building strategy.

What your background looks like

Required skills & experience
SEO or Digital Marketing management experience to lead off-page SEO, link building, and digital PR campaigns for the agency's clients.
In this role, you'll manage client relationships, guide campaign strategy and delivery, and help train and support junior SEO team members. You should have a background in SEO, content creation, or digital PR, and be confident with outreach, competitor research, and generating creative campaign ideas.
You'll work closely with the Head of Client Services and our wider team to deliver high-impact, results-driven campaigns.
