Role Responsibilities
SEO:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page and off-page optimisation to drive organic traffic growth and revenue. li>Conduct technical audits and implement improvements ensuring optimal site structure, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Collaborate with our Senior Copywriter to create SEO-optimised content and ensure meta tags, headings, and URLs align with keyword research.
- Analyse competitors to identify opportunities and develop strategies for competitive advantage in search results.
- Deliver regular, actionable SEO performance reports for all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and e-commerce best practices.
E-Commerce:
- Own our e-commerce technical infrastructure, ensuring speed, security, accessibility, compliance and seamless integrations with marketing tools.
- Continuously improve customer experience by managing and implementing website enhancements from initiation to completion with our web development agency.
- Optimise e-commerce platform elements including product catalogues, filtering systems, URL structures, and internal linking.
What We’re Looking For
- < i>5+ years in B2C SEO & e-commerce roles with proven track record of scaling organic revenue.
- Demonstrable success running SEO campaigns that significantly improved organic traffic and conversions.
