3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use advanced analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker Studio) to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and track progress.

  • Deliver detailed reporting to leadership on keyword growth, traffic trends, conversion impact, and revenue attribution from SEO.

  • Translate complex SEO data into actionable insights and recommendations that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.

  • Identify gaps in analytics or reporting and collaborate with data teams to enhance measurement accuracy.

4. Team & Vendor Management
  • Build and lead an SEO team (in-house or distributed), ensuring a balance of technical expertise, content strategy, and off-page authority building.
