The Opportunity
Our client—a prestigious and rapidly growing claimant personal injury practice - seeks a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding team. With multiple offices across the UK and an impressive national and international client base, they are known for handling high-value and complex cases, including catastrophic and brain injury claims, often taking over matters from larger firms.
The Role
You will:
- Manage a dynamic caseload of new and existing personal injury claims (both pre-litigation and litigation).
- Collaborate within a high-performing claimant team.
- Meet clients and witnesses in person, attend court, and liaise with barristers, medical experts, and other professionals.
- Draft case documentation, prepare briefs, and manage settlement negotiations and claim valuations.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, within either private practice or in-house.
- A robust billing history with significant high-value claim experience.
- Solid knowledge of RTA, EL, PL matters, Conditional Fee Agreements, and the MOJ portal.
- Prior exposure to both pre-litigated and litigated cases.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational/time-management skills.
- A proactive and professional outlook combined with good commercial awareness and IT proficiency.
- Exceptional client care skills.
