  • Previous experience in customer service, stock management, or operations (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BI tools .

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who not only understands the depth of the Workday ecosystem (Integrations, Data, Reporting, Prism, Extend), but is ready to build a tech Centre of Excellence with AI at the core. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role—it’s about defining what’s next. Why this role? Real innovation brief : Workday Illuminate, native AI, and automation aren’t bolt-ons—they’re central to this hire. You'll own the roadmap. Leadership scope : Manage and mentor a senior technical team across EMEA. Direct line into global decision-making. Shape the future : You’ll establish tooling frameworks, drive efficiency across technical streams, and elevate delivery across multiple workstreams. Trusted partner to sales : Collaborate on orals, RFPs, and SOWs—your voice will carry weight in how the consultancy wins and delivers. What you’ll bring Proven background in Workday technical consulting (7–10 years), including deep hands-on experience with: Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, and composite reporting Vision and delivery experience with Workday AI capabilities, ideally including Illuminate and exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.) A leadership style that balances execution with innovation—you can manage remotely and inspire across cultures. Pre-sales and delivery alignment experience RFPs, estimations, solutioning.
