Maintenance the source code repository, continuous build and deployment facilities.nProvide technical advice to the business users by identifying the most appropriate tools/processes for any given task.nEnsures quality and consistency throughout the architecture and implementation of the code base.nSet-up, configuration and day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform including conducting changes to the platform e.g., overseeing integration with new systems, creating new workflow or amending existing workflow/configs to meet our needs.nProactive identification and execution of platform enhancements to maximise value, inputting into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for the platform Advanced automation including workflow and system integration.nTechnical governance to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with the platform design strategy.
