Growing firm are looking to add a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to their team within a leading organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. You’ll be the go-to lead authority for ServiceNow architecture, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM
Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with best practices.
Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
Define and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and governance processes.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap, advising on adoption of new features.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer with architecture responsibilities.
Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and scripting.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and web services.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into cloud architecture designs. Design scalable, reliable, and highly available cloud solutions that meet performance and security requirements. Select appropriate cloud services and components to build cost-effective and efficient solutions. Ensure architecture supports horizontal scalability and fault tolerance.
Lead the implementation of cloud solutions, including provisioning resources, configuring services, and setting up networking. Provide guidance to development teams for designing cloud-native applications. Migrate on-premises applications and workloads to the cloud while minimizing downtime and disruption.
Implement security best practices to protect data, applications, and infrastructure in the cloud. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to the organization's domain.
Monitor and analyze the performance of cloud applications and infrastructure. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
Optimize cloud spending by selecting the right pricing models and instance types. Monitor usage and implement cost control measures to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Create comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and best practices. Provide clear technical documentation for team members and stakeholders.

Professional certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and related services.
In-depth understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, containers, and serverless computing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
