ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Fully Remote (UK)
Up to 70k DOE + Benefits
We're working with a growing organisation looking for a solid ServiceNow Technical Consultant to come in and help deliver smart, practical solutions across a range of modules. This is a fully remote role (UK-based), but being within a few hours of London would be handy for the odd meetup or client session.
You'll need to know your way around ITSM and HRSD and have some good hands-on experience (or desire to learn) with at least one other area like CSM, IRM, SAM/HAM or HRSD . You'll be joining a collaborative team with a mix of senior consultants and up-and-coming developers - so there's a real chance to lead, support others, and shape how things are done.
What you'll be doing:
Leading technical workstreams and getting stuck into end-to-end ServiceNow delivery
Running client workshops and turning real-world challenges into working solutions
Building and configuring custom apps, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Making sure best practice is followed across the board - platform governance, release planning, all that good stuff
Offering a bit of platform support here and there - especially on trickier issues that need a dev's eye
Coaching junior devs and sharing knowledge across the team
What we're looking for:
Solid hands-on ServiceNow experience - across more than one module
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Script Includes, Glide, etc.)
Confident communicator - someone who's comfortable with clients and internal teams alike
ServiceNow CSA is a must, any CIS (like ITSM or HRSD) is a big plus
Solid grasp of integrations and automation tools on the platform
Familiarity with platform support and troubleshooting
Nice to have:
ITIL foundation or other relevant certs
Degree, HND, or equivalent in IT, Business, or similar
