 Working alongside leading partners in the industry, your workload may vary between advising on: 
- Upstream operational contracts
- Field development agreements
- Diligence aspects of M&A transactions
- Contractual issues for service sector clients
- Regulatory matters
This team is looking for a candidate who:
- Has 3+ years PQE in Oil & Gas law
- Has a proven track-record in understanding different client business models
- Can demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills, alongside an analytical approach to complex situations
- Is able to manage time efficiently in a high-pace environment to deliver deadlines for large-scale projects and transaction
