- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks, including BRC, ISO, and site-specific quality management systems
- Previous experience supervising high-care environments and managing packaging line operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced shift supervisor to support our Digital Imaging & Document processing operation in Hemel Hempstead. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the operation, personnel, and processes related to the scanning of physical documents and their conversion. Encompassing document logistics, preparation, scan conversion and post-scan processes within the general production environment. You will play a key role in all aspects of mailroom delivery including: mail receipt, opening, batching, registration, validation, scanning, quality checks, storage activities and returning mail/out bounding duties.
**This role is working on a 6am u2013 2pm shift, Monday to Friday, however some weekend work may be required.**
**Your role in our mission:**
Supervising the team on a day-to-day basis, including all aspects of people management such as employee development, performance management and absence management.
