Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping our store's success by delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the overall operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service: Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering product-related questions, and offering personalised recommendations to meet their needs.
Inventory management: Ensuring accurate stock levels by receiving, organising, and replenishing products on the shelves. Utilising our electronic point-of-sale (epos) system to process transactions efficiently.
Product knowledge: Staying informed about the latest vaping technologies, CBD products, and smoking cessation methods. Sharing your knowledge with customers and helping them make informed decisions.
Online presence: Collaborating with the team to create engaging content for our online platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters. Contributing ideas to enhance our digital presence and attract online customers.
Visual merchandising: Assisting with the layout and presentation of merchandise to optimise visibility and drive sales. Participating in store displays and promotions to attract new customers and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and passion for learning. li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and a desire to improve.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours with availability on evenings and weekends as needed.
- Some experience in the vaping industry or familiarity with CBD products is a plus. li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.

You will be responsible for the supervision of a small team of CNC Machinists and also being hands on working on the CNC Machines.
Ideal candidates will be well versed CNC Machinists ( VMC & Turning ) with programming skills.
In your supervisory role, you will be responsible for making sure that all the correct job cards are being worked, and making sure that everything is running smoothly.
THE DUTIES OF A MACHINE SHOP SUPERVISOR:
- Knowledge and proven experience in using CNC and Manual Machines. li>Extensive Milling machine experience.
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Skills and ability to read and write CNC Programs.
- Achieve production timings in a timely manner.
- Fanuc or Siemens understanding and experience.
- Manage and supervise the shop floor in the machine shop.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
