We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Total Rewards Partner to support our short-term business travel program. In this role, you'll coordinate work permit requirements for international business travelers, working closely with HR colleagues and external immigration vendors to design and maintain efficient, compliant processes across multiple regions. **What You Will Do**
+ Monitor global immigration requirements to ensure Caterpillar is prepared to meet work authorization needs for short term business travelers in each country.
+ Act as liaison between immigration vendors and in-country HR to gather required company documentation, review applications, and secure necessary signatures.
+ Support vendors by providing employee compensation and benefits data for permit applications.
+ Maintain a global contact list of HR and immigration contacts by legal entity and country.
+ Manage reporting of critical immigration data, including permit quotas and compliance reporting.
+ Resolve immigration-related issues for STBTs and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
+ Oversee vendor support for deregistration, expiration, and renewal of work permits globally.
+ Approve expedited processing fees when necessary.
