Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering construction, with significant experience in site supervision and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and CAD software.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate remote teams and on-site personnel.
- Experience with digital construction technologies and remote monitoring tools is essential.
