My client, a smaller house builder, are currently seeking a Site Manager/ Senior Site Manager.

They are initially finishing off a 7 unit scheme in Surrey for 5 months before moving on to deliver a 14 unit scheme, 10 detached and 4 semi detached.houses in West Sussex.

They are seeking someone with proven experience as a No.1 working for a house builder.

We have a new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team within Vistry's Construction department. As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners and customers.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager for a project in Huddersfield focusing on culvert works under the M62. The role involves modifying the upstream manhole and delivering a new bespoke system downstream. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with shafts and deep drainage. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with the relevant regulations and company policies.

Our client currently require a Site Manager to join their team on a new build high rise project based in Bootle, Liverpool.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary coordination of personnel/sub-contractors and site management, client liaison, supervision and technical support in the delivery of construction work activities.
• Consistently demonstrate, promote and develop high standards of safety behavior, leading by example.
