Your role within the company will involve leading operations across the anaerobic digestion plant. As part of the role, you will instil a good work culture which has recently struggled at the facility. This will include ensuring targets are met while maintaining employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Anaerobic Digestion. They will have a good background in management and will feel confident in their ability to motivate a team and maintain work ethic.
