A market leading manufacturing client within the FMCG sector is now recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the engineering department in a busy high-speed state of the art factory. The successful multi skilled engineer will be joining a company that is going through a period of expansion. The duties of the maintenance engineer will include carrying out PPMS, attending to breakdowns and involvement in engineering projects such as CI and RCA projects.

We are working with a market leading manufacturing business around the Spalding area who are a leader within their field. These positions are available due to growth of the team. Increasing the team from 20 to 22 engineers. There are both permanent days and permanent nights positions available or rotating shifts. This means there are good options available depending on what works best for yourselves.
The main roles and responsibilities will be working predominantley on PPMs and Breakdowns and assiting with projects when required.
You'll be working in a team of engineers reporting into the shift engineering manager. There is lots of opportunity to progress into more senior positions such as team lead and supervisor roles and to be sent on external training courses to develop your skillset.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role
- Experience with sensors, inverters and motors
- Level 3 or higher in an engineering field (apprenticeship prefferable)

- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks 3D is essential; experience with AutoCAD/DraftSight is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
- Technical mindset with hands-on workshop experience.
