- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on blockchain platforms like Ethereum.
- Proficiency in Solidity and experience with development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache).
- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Experience with web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries.
