We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join us as we build the foundations of the practise and make it a part of the business as a whole.   • Facilitate workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analyse business processes and document clear, actionable requirements.
  • Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Prepare process models, reports, and requirement documentation.
  • Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Track business performance and contribute to benefits realisation.
  • Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Must be sole British and ideally hold DV Clearance


Skills and Experience

The Business Analyst should have experience in:

  • Stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Process mapping (Visio or equivalent tools).
  • Using JIRA and Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Working on technology-led transformation projects.
  • Understanding of change management and business transition activities.
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or business improvement methodologies (desirable).
