The role will be working part of the Service Improvement/Complaints team on a full time (37 hours a week) permanent contract
*This is an office based role - No hybrid option will be available*
The role as Administrator will involve:
- Updating, amending and fully understanding the complexity of Spreadsheets
- Being fully efficient around using their systems
- Calling tenants and updating relevant info which could include personal information and/or complaints

This well-renowned contractor specializes in commercial projects, predominantly new builds, refurbishments and renovations. Through increase in demand, and heavier workload with tendering season around the corner, they are now requiring another estimator to join their friendly team.
In this role, you will be responsible for completing site surveys of properties, handling tender, takeoffs, and enquiries and building long-lasting relationships with clients. This is an office-based role, working 9-5, Monday-Friday.
This role would be suited to an Estimator with a social housing or similar background looking for a new challenge within a friendly, top contracting business that offers a great working atmosphere, a discretionary Christmas bonus and a company vehicle for occasional site visits.
