Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role within e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
