You will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and loyalty across all relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the evolving social media landscape, exceptional content creation and community management skills, and a proven ability to leverage data analytics to optimize campaign performance. This role requires strong leadership abilities to guide a remote team, strategic thinking to align social media efforts with overall business objectives, and a passion for creating compelling and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content, including visuals, videos, and written posts.
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
  • Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

  • Stay at the forefront of social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in social media marketing and strategy, with a significant focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native insights).
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing capabilities, are a plus.
