Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and content marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn), overseeing content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including written posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Develop and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent and relevant brand presence.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and build relationships with relevant influencers.
  • Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns to amplify content and reach wider audiences.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and content strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design/video editing proficiency.
