Enterprise Account Executive — Software Testing Services
A technology group with strong global capability is scaling their software testing and QA services offering across the UK and Europe. This hire will lead new logo growth, convert first wins into ongoing programmes, and help shape how the proposition lands in market.
About the company
- Well established in software testing and QA services globally, now looking to expand significantly their UK arm of the business (strong technology consulting base in the UK).
- Proven offshore delivery centre in Asia with significant scale and depth
- Diverse enterprise customer footprint in other regions, now investing in UK and Europe
- Small UK team with a build phase ahead, clear executive backing and excellent portfolio of existing clients & case studies.
About the role
- Create and execute the go to market plan for testing and QA services across the UK and Europe
- Open new enterprise logos and convert initial projects into multi quarter engagements
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, then expand and renew
- Scope opportunities with delivery leaders to ensure commercials, quality and timelines land first time
- Track pipeline, forecast accurately and report progress to the leadership team
- Feed market insight back into messaging, packaging and case material
- Lay foundations to hire account management and sales support as revenue scales
About you
- 5 plus years of B2B sales in software testing, QA services or closely related IT consulting
- Credible network you can leverage immediately and evidence of landing net new logos
- Comfortable selling offshore or blended delivery models and talking automation and test tooling at a high level
- Builder mindset, hands on, resilient and effective in a lean environment
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across cultures and time zones
- Additional European language skills are a plus
Package
- Base salary around £100,000
- Uncapped commission with clear accelerators
- Year one built around land and expand objectives with flexibility agreed at offer stage
- Year two guidance aligned to seven figure new revenue with growth-based upside
- Hybrid and flexible working, UK based, travel as required

Opus People Solutions on behalf of our client in the East Midlands have an exciting opportunity for an Auditor to join their team.
Rate of Pay: £40-45 per hour
Working Arrangements: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office
Length of Assignment: Minimum 6 months.
Provide a range of services for children. These include early help, safeguarding and support for children in need and children looked after. We need a consistent, rigorous understanding of the quality and effectiveness of the help we provide these vulnerable children.
Auditors will play a key role in evaluating practice, analysing audit findings, identifying areas for improvement, recommending improvement options and reporting to senior leaders. They will also undertake coaching, make presentations and contribute to training events.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake in-depth case audits, working alongside social workers and team managers to evaluate the quality and impact of practice in improving children’s lives.
- Obtain and evaluate the views of children, families and professional partners about the quality and impact of practice.
- Undertake extensive thematic case sampling to understand and report on the quality specified elements of practice.
- Go beyond auditing by using the audit process to coach social workers and managers in good practice, helping them build on existing strengths and eliminate weaknesses.
- Train and coach managers in effective auditing.
- Undertake audits of supervision at child level and practitioner level.
- Moderate case audit and case sampling completed by others so we can be confident that evaluations and judgements are are evidence-based with a consistent understanding of what good looks like.
- Analyse and collate audit findings across CFN so they can be reported routinely to senior leaders to inform the full range of practice improvement and workforce development activities.
- Present audit findings and lessons from audit to groups of practitioners, managers and senior leaders as required.
Experience:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England Registered
- Team Manager Experience
- 3 Years post qualifying experience
