This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the QA Software Testing space within the private sector. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting tailored testing solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to address client challenges and showcase the full suite of solutions. The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of QA and cybersecurity principles. Success in this role will directly impact revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market positioning, while providing scope for professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Accountabilities

·    Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the QA Software Testing sector, focusing on Test Management and Consultancy.

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, at prospective client organisations.

·    Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling solution presentations, articulating the value of QA Software Testing services.

·    Collaborate with technical teams to customise testing solutions that address clients’ unique challenges.

·    Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations that differentiate the company from competitors.

·    Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to maximise profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

About the Role:

Our client is a global distributor of Health and Beauty products including cosmetics, Healthcare and Hair care products. They are looking for a confident and articulate QA Assistant to join their busy Quality department. The main responsibility of the role is to help ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of the company's portfolio of cosmetic products and all new product launches.

Key Duties of the role include:

  • Reviewing product artwork for UK/EU compliance.
  • Manage sample approvals
  • Coordinate stability testing and regulatory documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and support audits.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and industry trends.
  • Investigate non-conformances, deviations, product complaints and support CAPAs.
  • Report monthly Quality KPIs.

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have demonstrable working knowledge of Cosmetic GMP from a cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing or distribution business with knowledge of ISO 22716, ISO 9001 highly desirable. There will occasionallybe travel around the UK and EU.
