**Business Overview:**
Wespecialisein **electronic document management (EDM)** -providing hardware, software, services, andexpertiseto helporganisationsreduce costs, improve efficiency, andoperatemore sustainably.
**Role Purpose:**
Deliver, manage, support, and train on EDM and related software solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Install and configure EDM software to time, budget, and quality
+ Manage projects and client communications
+ Provide user training and documentation
+ Deliverongoing software/database support within SLAs
+ Assistpre-sales with solution design and proposals
+ Identifyopportunities to enhance delivery and support
**Essential Experience & Skills:**
+ 3+ years delivering software solutions & support
+ Ability to write T-SQL queries
**Desirable:**
+ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
+ IIS configuration experience
+ Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
+ Experience with EDM solutions
+ PRINCE2 or similar project management certification
+ Commercial awareness and vendor coordination
