+ Technical fluency to interface and translate between business and technical domains
+ Demonstrated history of driving results across all aspects of product delivery, from research, prototyping, user acceptance testing (UAT), value proposition definition, and ongoing operations
+ Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
+ Deep knowledge of various technology roles of the organization and how roles interact to delivery value across the product lifecycle

**Industry Skills**
+ Industry-leading knowledge of digital collaboration and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, ADO) or comparable alternatives
+ Deep expertise in technology governance and mgmt. trends, methodologies, and surrounding vendor ecosystem

Ensure effective relationships are built within your teams and other key stakeholders across the business including other Product Managers, Sales, Development, Delivery, Finance and Support to ensure effective Product Management with ownership end-to-end. Market Understand your customers and markets, analyse, conclude, and determine how NEC can effectively compete and steal share in current, and potential, new markets. Product Management Drive Product Management with a mindset geared towards reusability of services and components to develop at scale, with speed and profitably. Help the business drive and influence customers so that solutions are delivered quickly and efficiently. You and your Product Managers own the roadmap for each product, including product features and benefits, the future investment plans and the return expected on that investment, drive to the sales strategy and product pricing strategies. Work with the Solution and Propositions Director to evolve and refine current product governance. Ensure product governance is always followed, and appropriate toolsets are implemented and used consistently across your portfolio. Ensure each product has a market driven and clearly defined short/medium/long term strategy. Define product release content, balancing conflicting needs of clients and NEC Digital Studio budgets. Liaise with Digital Studio colleagues to plan and coordinate resources, ensure close relationship with Development leads to implement and maintain effective product management processes to ensure Development and Support teams are adequately resourced to meet the investment plan and customer funded work. Ensure all defined collateral is maintained with comprehensive and consistent roadmap documentation, battlecards, marketing materials and competitor insights to ensure customer facing teams can effectively sell the value of our solutions. Head of Product Management – HealthTech / Tech for Good SMB - Hybrid (mostly remote, London) - £90-120k Working for a scaling HealthTech brand, the Head of Product Management / Product Lead / Principal Product Manager role involves leading a small product team of 4 to improve and evolve the customer experience throughout the service journey. They have a strong footprint and presence in their specialist area, but have relatively immature tech and product capability. This role involves identifying quick win opportunities to fix improve and automate service delivery, going on to redesign the way tech facilitates service delivery as well as improving customer acquisition, conversion and overall experience. The role requires someone who can think strategically and be part of the team that identifies opportunities to develop new products & services, but also involves being very hands-on with a small product team, getting into the weeds and delivering key work personally.
