Product Director — AI Brand Presence Platform
Location: UK - Remote friendly
The company
A fast growing AI marketing analytics startup is building a category-defining platform for brand presence in the age of consumer AI assistants. With billions of monthly assistant users and spend shifting away from traditional media, their product helps global brands understand and improve how large language models present them across the funnel.
The team has released an initial product with design partners in beauty and personal care and is expanding the roadmap based on customer needs and rapid marketplace change. The platform programmatically injects thousands of queries into major LLMs to capture, audit, score and interpret responses. Outputs include share of voice by funnel stage, indexation against category attributes, competitive deep dives and recommended actions across priority sources such as Reddit, Amazon and YouTube. There is a clear twelve month path to profit and multiple potential exit paths.
The role
They are hiring a mission driven Product Director to own product definition, UX and the commercial roadmap for an AI brand visibility platform. This person will translate LLM outputs into clear business actions and revenue impact for brand and agency customers. The role suits someone who has played both product manager and product designer and enjoys shaping an early product and its P and L.
A critical part of the role is getting close to jobs to be done across brand and agency users and using market signals to set product priorities.
What you will do
- Own the product roadmap balancing customer needs, technical feasibility and market signals
- Work daily with the CTO, engineering and data science on prioritisation and delivery
- Lead sprint planning and capacity management with story points and velocity tracking
- Turn backend scoring into intuitive dashboards with frontend and data engineers
- Partner with the CEO and early customers on use cases, personas and feature priorities
- Create and iterate wireframes and prototypes in tools such as Figma, Webflow, Framer or Lovable
- Own product P and L levers including conversion flows, pricing, usage thresholds and feature gating
- Track competitive behaviour across assistants and tooling and feed this into roadmap choices
- Build internal systems for feature scoring, feedback triage and rapid experimentation
What they are looking for
- 3 to 6 years in product management in SaaS or MarTech
- Evidence of owning roadmaps end to end from insight to launch to iteration
- Strong UX sensibility with hands on interface design skills
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini and how consumers use them
- Working knowledge of sources that LLMs draw from including Reddit, Amazon, YouTube and Wikipedia
- Fluent English and clear communication with technical and commercial stakeholders
Nice to have
- Background in designing analytics tools or complex dashboards
- Experience running sprints, backlog grooming and capacity in Agile or Scrum
- Startup experience in teams under ten or as a solo PM
- Comfort with lightweight user research and interviews
- Experience designing SaaS pricing models or optimising freemium flows
- Understanding of prompt design and evaluation frameworks such as LangChain or OpenRouter
Why join
- Work on a unique AI marketing platform influencing a trillion dollar brand ecosystem
- Join a founding team with prior MarTech success and clear value creation plans
- Contribute to a product already used by well known brands and noticed by potential acquirers
- Flexible work in Portugal with competitive early stage equity

Job Description
Director of Product & Delivery — London / Stockport / Bournemouth (Hybrid)
£100-120k + great bonus and benefits
Stuck shipping roadmaps you don’t believe in?
If you’re ready to own the journey end-to-end, this is where you lead the whole thing.
What’s in it for you
- Real scope, real clout: You’ll steer autonomous value streams with a ~£10m portfolio , turning strategy into outcomes that matter at national scale.
- Executive seat at the table: You’ll work directly with senior leadership, shaping priorities and removing blockers fast.
- Career stretch: You’ll lead product, experience design and portfolio delivery across journeys used by millions , with clear room to grow your remit.
- Evidence you can talk about: Multi-stream delivery, measurable OKRs, and a mandate for continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll own the product and delivery agenda across defined customer journeys—setting strategy, prioritising value, and landing brilliant experiences:
- Set the vision & roadmap: Translate strategy into epics, features and outcomes that hit OKRs—which means you’ll focus time and budget where they move the needle.
- Lead delivery at scale: Run backlogs, capacity and spend across teams; keep velocity high and cycle time low—which means faster, predictable releases.
- Champion the experience: Bring product, design, engineering and data together to build journeys customers actually enjoy—which means fewer hand-offs, more accountability.
- Own the stack with peers: Partner with technology leaders to deliver secure, scalable platforms—which means fewer surprises in production.
- Make change stick: Model modern ways of working (SAFe/Agile), coach leaders, and raise the bar on outcomes, not output—which means teams ship better, sooner.
Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll join a large, purpose-driven organisation with multiple software verticals and a strong tech division “powering the future.” That variety gives you room to move sideways into other streams as you progress. Hybrid working with time each week in London, Stockport or Bournemouth keeps you close to the people who make things happen.
What you’ll need
- An established executive profile with the gravitas to align senior stakeholders and the energy to inspire teams.
- 15+ years across product/R&D/portfolio/change with a track record of landing complex programmes.
- Sharp customer-experience intuition and the ability to turn insight into simple, elegant delivery.
- Comfort leading cross-functional teams in Agile at scale (SAFe familiarity a plus).
- An effectiveness mindset —you prioritise, make hard calls, and keep ownership end-to-end.
- People leadership where EQ > IQ > ego —you build engaged, high-performing teams.
What you’ll get
- Executive-level package with bonus and benefits.
- The mandate and budget to ship meaningful change at national scale.
- A culture that values drive, tenacity and urgency —and recognises results.
What next
You don’t need a perfect CV. Reply with what you have or message for an informal chat about the portfolio, team and expectations.
