**Skills and Experience**

As a System Test Engineer - Verification and Validation at ZeroAvia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the company's hydrogen-electric powertrain. You will be responsible for the thorough testing and verification of all system components, including hydrogen storage tanks, fuel cell systems, and electric motors. By conducting comprehensive validation tests, you will contribute to the development of a solution that not only eliminates carbon emissions but also offers a more cost-effective alternative to traditional aviation systems.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and execution of tests of aircraft hydrogen-electric propulsion systems and their associated subsystems and mechanical structures, from development testing, through to validation and verification, as well as certification tests.
  • Planning & design of required electrical systems for certification test rigs, including sensor and data acquisition, as well as test specific features.
  • Working closely with suppliers, contractors, and partners to procure, build and commission test rigs on time and on quality.
  • Produce electrical design data for aircraft system test rigs and support technicians during installation.
  • Work closely with system engineers and design engineers to define testing requirements and test rig electrical design.
  • Knowledge of HV and HV Electrical Motor testing is an advantage.

Requirements
